Biography

Joe Bauer serves as Senior Advisor for Indo-Pacific at the Export-Import (EXIM) Bank of the United States, where he helps support projects and the Administration’s initiatives across Asia. He previously worked on Capitol Hill as a Professional Staff Member for the House Select Committee on China. Joe holds a BA in Economics and China Studies from DePauw University, and an MA in International Economics and Asian Studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
