Export-Import Bank of the United States to Celebrate 90th Anniversary in New York City
WASHINGTON, DC – Join the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) today for its 90th Anniversary event in New York City. The event will take place at the Roosevelt House Public Policy Institute at Hunter College.
Featuring remarks from EXIM President and Chair Reta Jo Lewis, the event, entitled Fostering Global Competitiveness: EXIM at 90 and Shaping the Future,” will include a panel discussion diving into the critical topic of global competitiveness for exports and how government, industry and financial institutions collaborate to drive the evolution of transformational technologies. The panel will see the participation of key industry leaders including Eric Gertler, Executive Chairman and CEO of U.S News & World Report, Bob Steel, Partner and Vice Chairman at Perella Weinberg Partners, Raymond J. McGuire, President at Lazard, and Karen Karniol-Tambour, Co-Chief Investment Officer at Bridgewater Associates. The commemorative event will also highlight remarks delivered by Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont and a historical overview by Roosevelt House Director Harold Holzer.
