EXIM Announces 2023 Annual Conference, Opens Registration
WASHINGTON – The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) announced today that its 2023 Annual Conference – “Create Locally, Export Globally” – will take place October 19-20 at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C. Registration, including complimentary registration for members of the media, is now open.
The conference, building on the Bank’s successful 2022 gathering, will center around EXIM’s Make More in America Initiative and the importance of supporting U.S. manufacturing, supply chains, and American jobs. Speakers and the full agenda will be announced in the coming weeks.
“I am so excited for small business owners, large companies, and business and government leaders to come together to discuss the latest global trends and important topics facing the Bank, exporters, its partners and customers,” said EXIM President and Chair Reta Jo Lewis. “Critical minerals, clean and renewable energy, doing business in Africa, small business financing opportunities, the future of international economic competition, and so much more are on the agenda, and we look forward to welcoming attendees and special guests to Washington, D.C. this fall.”
Conference attendees will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with EXIM staff and interface with U.S. government agency partners to gain valuable information about trade financing tools and to network with domestic and international business leaders, federal and state government representatives, and new potential partners.
