ICYMI: EXIM Officials Travel to Lithuania This Week with Under Secretary of State Jose Fernandez
WASHINGTON – In case you missed it, the U.S. Department of State advised on Friday, January 28, a joint trip between Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment Jose Fernandez and senior EXIM officials to Vilnius, Lithuania this week.
The EXIM delegation, led by Christopher Van Es, Senior Vice President of Communications and External Engagements and Adam Frost, Senior Vice President of the China and Transformational Exports Program, is meeting with senior Lithuanian government officials, U.S. exporters and other key stakeholders to discuss opportunities to begin implementing the recently signed $600 million memorandum of understanding (MOU) and strengthen economic partnership between the two countries.
The delegation is focused on deepening bilateral economic cooperation and the shared commitment to support Lithuania’s economic prosperity through American exports.
