Washington –The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) will host its 2024 Annual Conference beginning Thursday, June 6, 2024, at the Washington Hilton. The two-day, in-person event will feature leaders in business, finance, government, policy, and media and will showcase the critical role EXIM plays in bolstering trade and supporting U.S. jobs.

“We are eagerly counting down the days until this year’s EXIM Annual Conference,” said EXIM President and Chair Reta Jo Lewis. “This conference will feature industry and government leaders’ perspectives on the ever-changing global landscape for exports. Moreover, this unique deal-making conference will provide key networking opportunities for U.S. businesses to consult with government officials and other industry experts that will enable them to grow their businesses abroad through exports.”

This year’s theme is “Honoring Legacy, Charting Tomorrow,” and will feature discussions around clean and renewable energy, critical minerals, advancing American competitiveness through transformational exports and EXIM’s flagship domestic financing initiative, Make More in America. 

Panelists include private sector and industry leaders such as Barbara Humpton, President and CEO of Siemens Corporation, Kyle Clark, CEO of Beta Technologies, Jason Few, President and CEO of FuelCell Energy Inc, and Brian Menell, Chairman and CEO of TechMet Limited, Grace Stanke, Miss America 2023 and Nuclear Fuels Engineer and Clean Energy Advocate at Constellation. Additionally, key government officials including Former EXIM Chairs Fred Hochberg and Kimberly A. Reed will share their insights.

With wide participation from the banking, insurance, and international finance communities, the conference will highlight the importance of U.S. manufacturing, economic security through exports, women leaders in international trade, and supporting American small business.
