Thad C. Brock serves as Senior Advisor & White House Liaison where he supports the agency’s reauthorization efforts in Congress and strengthens our relationship with the White House. He brings a decade of experience including redefining the playbook for building successful issue advocacy campaigns at state and national levels.

Mr. Brock joins EXIM from Heritage Action for America where he served as Director of Strategic Engagement and Advocacy. While there, he produced and guided multi-media campaigns that garnered millions of views; directed Heritage Action’s digital operations; and cultivated strategic partnership opportunities with corporate businesses, Congressional staff members on Capitol Hill, and grassroots organizations across the country.

Previously, he served in multiple roles in various federal agencies throughout the first Trump administration. At the Millenium Challenge Corporation, he developed and managed international outreach strategies for the Chief Executive Officer and other senior staff to further President Trump’s foreign policy agenda. During his tenure at the General Services Administration, he assisted the Administrator’s office with detailed planning, advance operations, and worked closely with the White House to foster interagency coordination.

Thad is a native of Henrietta, Texas and holds a degree in public relations from Texas Tech University.
