The above indicative fees are for a typical medium-term guarantee transaction with a 5-year repayment term length. Pricing will vary according to the length of tenor and other relevant factors. Fees for any transaction shall not be lower than the applicable OECD minimum. Reference to OECD minimum rates refers to non-aircraft transactions. Special pricing applies to aircraft transactions. Please consult OBAF for details.

The fees presented here represent indicative fees only. Actual fees will be communicated by Ex-Im Bank following the receipt of a completed application. A completed application is essential to receiving a timely decision.

Option A is available where the relevant transaction includes a corporate guarantor or corporate co-borrower which will be jointly and severally liable. This option is not applicable when an individual is acting as either a guarantor or as a co-borrower.

Option B assumes that the deposit or reserve amount is equal to 1 semi-annual payment installment. Fee amounts may be further reduced in the event that the deposit or reserve is in an amount greater than 1 semi-annual payment installment.

Option C assumes a third party (such as the lender) agrees to retain a percentage of the risk of loss for the life of the loan. The retained amount assumed is 10% of the outstanding loan at the time a claim is paid; in the event of retention of alternative amounts, pricing will vary to reflect the percentage risk retained.

Options D and E cannot be combined to reduce the indicative fee further, however either Option D or Option E may be combined with Option A or Option B or Option C or with both Option A and Option B and Option C to further reduce the indicative fee. Options A and B and C can also be combined together without either Option D or Option E.
