CBP Area Port of Seattle Trade Fair
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Seattle Area Port will host a Trade Fair on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. The agency booths will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with agency presentations offered from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There is no fee to attend this event, and trade participants may come and go at any time. Several government agencies will participate in the Trade Fair which will provide stakeholders with the opportunity to speak one-on-one with representatives from U.S. Agencies that regulate imports and exports.
Agencies that will be participating in the Trade Fair are:
- Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms
- CBP (Entry Branch, Import Specialist Branch, Client Representatives, Seattle Area Port Cargo Operations, Seatle Area Port Agriculture Operations)
- Consumer Product Safety Commission
- Export-Import Bank of the United States
- Food and Drug Administration
- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
- U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine
- U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, FSIS
- U.S. Forest Service
- Department of State
- Environmental Protection Agency
- Small Business Administration
To register for the Trade Fair, respond via email to CBPSeattleTradeFair@cbp.dhs.gov with your name, company and email to register. If more than one person will be attending from your company, please include the names and emails for all attendees.

The main building entrance is located at the north end of the building. The Trade Fair will be held in the Galaxy Room, on the first floor to the right past the security checkpoint. Presentations will be held in the Mercury Room. The Mercury Room is located on the first floor past the Galaxy room at the end of the hall and to the left.
Additionally, as part of this year's Trade Fair, we are offering Global Entry interview appointments for attendees in the Fairmont Room. Interviews typically run 10 minutes. Interview times will be available between 8:10 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. You must have previously applied for Global Entry and received a conditionally approved status. Please follow the instructions below to sign up for an interview appointment.
- Submit your application and pay the Global Entry fee.
- Once vetting of the application is completed you will receive an email stating that you are "conditionally approved".
- Go to https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/ and log into your TTP account.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Find an Enrollment Center under Interview.
- Select Global Entry.
- The Schedule Appointment screen will open. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Do You Have an Access Code?
- Input access code 21F195X77 then click to Submit.
- At the bottom of the screen a new option will appear. Click on Locations for Your Access Code.
- Select Seattle (Trade Fair Global Entry Event FY 2025).
- Select Choose This Location.
- The appointment date calendar will open. Select the date of May 28. Select Choose This Date.
- The appointment time calendar will open. Select the time slot and enter the requested information.
- Show up at the appointed times with all relevant documents:
- U.S. Passport book (not pp card)
- Driver’s license
- U.S. Resident card (and any extensions)
- Unexpired Foreign passports
- Unexpired U.S. visas and
- Court Documents with prior charges/convictions as applicable
