Houston Minority Business Development Agency Export Center Recognized as REPP Member of the Year at Export-Import Bank of the United States’ 2024 Annual Conference
Washington, DC – Today, the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) awarded the Regional Export Promotion Program (REPP) Member of the Year Award to the Houston Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Export Center during its 2024 Annual Conference.
Since joining EXIM’s Regional Export Promotion Program in 2021, the Houston MBDA Export Center has made significant strides in advancing its mission to expand outreach to minority business enterprises nationwide to build capacity through exports and close the gap that exists with minorities in the export industry.
Throughout its membership in the REPP, Houston MBDA Export Center has demonstrated an exemplary level of collaboration – facilitating meaningful connections between businesses and fostering global partnerships. Additionally, the volume of referrals generated by the center underscores its effectiveness in promoting regional exports and strengthening economic ties.
