Visitor Information
Security Screening:
All visitors, including other Federal Government employees, are required to go through security screening upon their arrival. It is recommended to arrive 15-30 min prior to any appointment.
Non-Federal Visitors: Are required to present a valid, non-expired accepted government (State/Federal) form of photo identification. The visitor’s information is documented on a visitor access log and their sponsor is required to escort them while in the EXIM building.
Foreigner Visitors: Are required to present passport. The visitor’s information is documented on a visitor access log and their sponsor is required to escort them while in the EXIM building.
Federal Visitors: Those that present a valid, non-expired Federal form of photo identification are allowed access without an escort once they have been through security screening. The exception to this is during Security Hours, in which case they must be escorted.
COVID-19 Policy:
Visitors must complete a Certification of Vaccination form attesting their vaccination status when the COVID-19 Community Level at the EXIM facility is MEDIUM or HIGH. If visitors haven’t vaccinated, visitors will present the negative COVID-19 test result from an approved test taken within three days prior to entry.
Visitors must acknowledge via a Self-Assessment health questionnaire that they assessed their health for possible symptoms of COVID-19 on the day of the visit.
The Certification of Vaccination form and negative test result (if required) will be reviewed – but not collected -- by the front desk or EXIM designated employee who meets the visitor at the point of entry and assists them with compliance of this policy. Visitors should coordinate well ahead of their scheduled visit with the employee designated to assist them.
