EXIM Advisory Committee and Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee Meetings Scheduled
The Export-Import Bank of United States (EXIM) is convening meetings of the EXIM Advisory Committee (Advisory Committee) and EXIM Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee (SAAC) from 9:00 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. ET on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. There will be a joint session of the Advisory Committee and SAAC from 9:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. in the EXIM Main Conference Room 1126 followed by separate meetings of the Advisory Committee (Main Conference Room 1126) and the SAAC (Board Room 1203) from 12:45 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. All meetings will take place at the Export-Import Bank of the United States located at 811 Vermont AVE, NW, Washington, DC 20571.
The EXIM Advisory Committee was established by Congress to advise EXIM on its programs and provide comments to Congress on "the extent to which the Bank is meeting its mandate to provide competitive financing to expand United States exports, and any suggestions for improvements in this regard."
The EXIM SAAC was established by Congress to advise the EXIM Board of Directors on the development and implementation of policies and programs designed to promote EXIM's engagement in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Meeting Registration & Deadline
The meeting will be held in a secured federal building, and members of the public who wish to attend the meeting must register in advance. If you would like to attend the meeting in-person, a photo ID must be presented at the guard's desk as part of the clearance process into the building. You may contact India Walker at external@exim.gov to be placed on an attendee list no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, September 5, 2019.
