Greg Douquet

Greg Douquet is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Red Duke Strategies LLC, a disabled veteran-owned small business that bridges the gap between the technology needs of the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and the national security agencies with rapidly changing innovations of the startup world. Red Duke Strategies' clients represent the best and most innovative energy and climate security, medical technology, caregiving, and early childhood education for military families and Veterans. Greg is a Senior Fellow with Atlantic Council's Global Energy Center & Millennium Leadership Program, Co-Director of Veterans Advanced Energy Project, and serves as Senior Advisor to Blue Star Families. Greg's experience includes managing a $520M annual budget, leading organizations of up to 5,000, and conducting strategic planning at the highest levels of industry and federal government. As a senior military officer, Greg commanded at every level, completing his career as Chief of Staff for Marine Forces Africa and Europe, an area of operation spanning Russia, Europe, Israel, and Africa. Greg held handpicked positions on the White House staff, was the lead strategic planner for multi-national operations in Afghanistan, and led combat missions as a squadron commander in Iraq. He is a Fellow with the Royal College of Defense Studies, published author of multiple articles on energy and security-related issues, and holds three Master's degrees with distinction. His awards include the two Legion of Merit, three Bronze Stars, and six Air Medals for commanding combat flight operations.
