Biography

Mr. Andrew E. Falk is the Vice President of Ex-Im Bank's Transportation Portfolio Management Division and heads the team responsible for all post-disbursement matters concerning Ex-Im Bank's roughly $50 billion transportation portfolio.  Prior to this position, as a Senior Counsel in Ex-Im Bank's Office of General Counsel, Mr. Falk was one of four in-house Ex-Im Bank attorneys dedicated solely to aircraft finance matters and was responsible for providing legal advice and support to both the underwriting and portfolio management divisions in Ex-Im Bank.  Before joining Ex-Im Bank, Mr. Falk spent a combined 16 years as an aircraft finance attorney with the law firms of Fulbright & Jaworski and Perkins Coie. During his time at these firms, he primarily represented the largest commercial airframe manufacturer in North America, a United Kingdom based aircraft engine manufacturer and a U.S. domestic regional airline in aircraft finance matters.  Mr. Falk received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1992 and his bachelor's degree from Georgetown University in 1988.
