Biography

Melissa Muhammad is an International Tax Attorney who specializes in helping international businesses operate worldwide. She is the Founder of the Black & Global Business Network. 

For twenty years, she has lived and worked in different countries focused on the taxation of multi-national cooperation. She travels to numerous countries negotiating billion-dollar transactions and has trained tax officials in over 153 nations. Her profession experience includes working in the following organizations: Internal Revenue Service, Large Business & International Division in Washington, D.C, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OCED) in Paris, France, National Tax Agency of Japan, in Tokyo Japan, IRS Chief Counsel (international) in Washington, DC.
