J.R. Gonzales

J.R. Gonzales is an accomplished business owner, entrepreneur, political strategist, and public speaker who has dedicated his career to advocating for issues affecting Latino and minority communities. With over 20 years of experience in leadership positions at the Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce (TAMACC), he has established himself as a respected voice in the Hispanic business community.

Gonzales currently serves as Chairman of the Hispanic Leadership and Management Foundation and Executive Vice-Chair of TAMACC, where he is responsible for providing resources and leadership programs to Hispanic firms and entrepreneurs. In addition, he serves on the Export-Import Bank of the United States Council on Small Business, where he helps to promote and support the growth of small businesses in the United States.

Prior to his current positions, Gonzales served as Chairman of the Board and president of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he oversaw the organization's efforts to advocate for Hispanic businesses on a national level. He also chairs TAMACC's education foundation and has served as a training instructor and facilitator for numerous organizations and corporations around the world.

Throughout his career, Gonzales has been a vocal advocate for Hispanic business owners and entrepreneurs. He has provided media training to many influential Hispanics, from elected officials to CEOs, and has become a well-known international public speaker with multiple engagements in Mexico, Canada, and China.

With his extensive experience and expertise in the Hispanic business community, Gonzales would make an excellent addition to any board of directors representing small business.
