Building Bridges to Global Markets: San Diego
The Export-Import Bank of the United States is pleased to join the U.S. Commercial Service’s “Building Bridges to Global Markets” in-person event in San Diego, California, to share exporting expertise for businesses seeking to expand internationally.
Building Bridges to Global Markets, which is part of the Global Diversity Export Initiative, is designed to connect small and medium-sized businesses in underserved communities with global business opportunities. Addressing issues most common to diverse businesses seeking international sales expansion, this event will introduce reliable contacts, accurate information, and ready-to-use resources that will place you firmly on the road to exporting success.
During this free, in-person event, you will learn about:

- Trade finance and access to capital.
- Programs to grow your business.
- Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to network and experience a “Resource Expo” with our trade partners, including an EXIM trade finance specialist.
In addition, you will hear from Arun Venkataraman, Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Global Markets and Director General of the U.S. & Foreign Commercial Service, which is part of the International Trade Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
