Biography

Mary Jean Buhler comes to EXIM with more than 25 years of federal and private sector experience. Ms. Buhler has served as a Chief Financial Officer for both small and large agencies and as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Executive Office of the President. Most recently, Ms. Buhler served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Advisor to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) where she just completed the development of the Commission's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. She has been certified as a Public Accountant, Management Accountant, Internal Auditor, Government Financial Manager, and Risk Management Professional.
